This morning at 10.00 WIB, the Head of BPS Metro Municipality, Wintarti Dyah Indriani, accompanied by the Head of Metro Municipality EPSS Team, Rahmawatin, reported the results of the evaluation of the implementation of sectoral statistics (EPSS) in 2023, to the Mayor of Metro, H. Wahdi Siradjuddin, Sp.OG (K), M.H.
On the occasion, Mrs. Wintarti said that BPS had carried out EPSS activities, namely the assessment process carried out by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) on the implementation of sectoral statistics in government agencies.
With the output of EPSS is the Statistical Development Index (IPS), which is an indicator that describes the maturity level of the implementation of sectoral statistics, IPS in the future will become one of the indicators of the General Bureaucratic Reform (RB) assessment for all government agencies. In addition, IPS can also be a measure in achieving the implementation of One Data Indonesia and organizing statistical affairs at the local government level.
It was conveyed that the results of EPSS Metro Municipality were still not satisfactory, but the Head of BPS assured the Mayor that BPS Metro Municipality was ready to conduct intensive coaching for a better Metro Municipality.
The head of the EPSS team, added that the two agencies that became samples in the activity were Diskominfo and Disdukcapil Metro Municipality. While the assessment includes five domains, namely the One Data Indonesia Principle Domain, Business Processes, Data Quality, Institutional and National Statistics.
